Her approach is deliberate, client-centered, and grounded in long-term planning rather than short-term transactions.

Antoinette’s practice centers on sophisticated estate planning, wealth transfer strategy, business structuring, and real estate matters. She advises high-net-worth clients, entrepreneurs, and investors on asset protection, estate and gift tax planning, and succession planning, often serving as a strategic legal partner as their businesses and portfolios evolve. Her work integrates legal precision with practical business judgment.

Antoinette began her career as a corporate associate at Day Pitney LLP and later held in-house legal roles at Guggenheim Partners and Goldman Sachs, where she advised on regulatory compliance and managed legal risk within complex financial institutions. She earned her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education and Psychology from Saint Peter’s University. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
